Daily Alerts on New Properties Hitting the market

The Toronto rental market has rapid turnover and when new rental properties hit the market they can sometimes be gone within hours. In order to make sure my clients get access to the best rentals right away, I make sure to go see promising new listings the day they are listed. If they are worth seeing I’ll take a video and share with my clients in order to get an offer out the same day.

Not located in Toronto? No Problem

Some of my clients are moving to Toronto for work and are not able to attend viewings. I’m used to this and have gotten into the habit of recording videos of apartments so that my clients can feel like they are there with me.

Sourcing from Multiple Platforms

Part of finding the perfect apartment is looking not just at MLS, but Padmapper, Kijiji and Craigslist. Not all agents look at these places as they don’t normally pay agents for finding tenants. I believe in making lifelong clients and if it means forgoing some upfront commission, it’s a great way for me to build a relationship with my clients long term.
